To ensure a relaxing and seamless experience for everyone, we kindly ask all clients to review our spa policies before their visit. From appointment timing to cancellation guidelines, being informed helps us provide you with the best care possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

A standard 60-minute treatment is about 52 minutes hands-on. Therapists operate on a strict, hourly schedule. Any time lost due to client lateness will not be recovered, and the full price will be charged.

Feel Wellness Spa has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any appointment not cancelled within a 24-hour window will be charged the full price of the service, including NYSHIP patients.

We adhere to strict draping policies. All clients are properly draped and covered for the entirety of any treatment. It is recommended that all clothing be removed, but it is not required.

Please alert our receptionist to any preferences or special needs when booking. All new clients must arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete paperwork. You may also remind us of any necessary accommodations at check-in.
